This massage is based on the ancient Chinese practice of Baguazhan and elements of Tai Chi. Bagua theory describes 9 sections representing areas of our lives and assumes that when one of these zones is imbalanced, so is the rest of our lives.

Bagua massage is holistic – it works simultaneously on everything internal and external, and does not create a program for isolated exercise of one body structure or organ. We strengthen and balance the “health” sector with the power of massage to restore balance to body, mind and soul.

The goal of this therapy is to help restore tissue balance and ensure that what goes in, equally leaves (detoxification of the body). In this massage, I use light, precise movements, pressure and sequences to affect the living vessels in the layers of the skin and activate the lymphatic system to empty back into the circulatory system.
